Virtual SaberFit is suitable for everyone with different fitness levels. The exercises are based mainly on high intensity interval training (HIIT) and participants can go at your pace. Alternative exercise moves will also be given during the programme for those who wants to go at a more relaxed pace. SaberFit is not recommended for pregnant women and participants with serious injuries and/or medical conditions.
Virtual SaberFit Stay-At-Home 30-day Challenge is based on a series of prerecorded workout videos that participants will get exclusive access to. Participants will be given a proposed schedule to view these videos and follow along the various workouts.
If you are looking for a session with a Live Instructor, it can be arranged. Do speak to our events consultants for more information.
You can choose either the Delivery option or the Self-collection Option. Delivery would be $10/trip, while Self-collection is FREE. There will also be an upfront $80 deposit for the Light Saber, which will be returned to you once you return the Light Saber in good condition.
Our Light Sabers are specialty equipment made of high quality aircraft grade materials. They are battery operated and lights up for that cool effect. The blades are made of high-strength, shatter-resistant polycarbonate that are crafted for combat. The weight of the Sabers is also perfect for muscle resistance training during the workout.
If you prefer to use your own equipment (e.g. Toy Sabers, Sticks, Dumb Bells, Water Bottles etc), by all means! Most importantly is for you to have a good time and get a great workout in!
If you choose not to use our Sabers, then there is no need for the deposit and delivery charges.
We encourage you to take up the challenge and workout consistently for 30 days! If you successfully do so, you will receive a prize from us! This is to encourage you to keep a healthy lifestyle while staying at home.
But if you can't workout for all 30 days, no worries! Follow along our workout videos when you can and get your workouts in! Your body will thank you for it 😉
Video yourself doing the Virtual SaberFit workout and post it on your social media. Hashtag #saberfitchallenge and #activesg to count as a day completed. In order for us to track your progress, your profile would need to be public. If you successfully complete and tag all 30 days of Virtual SaberFit workout, you will get a prize!
